How much time should I
allow for finding space?
Typically, users occupying less than 10,000
square feet should allow at least six months to one year from
the space survey until the move-in date; users who need more
than 10,000 square feet should plan for a lead time of approximately
nine to 15 months or longer. In some cases, "Plug and
Go" spaces that are pre-built, pre-wired, and ready for
immediate occupancy may be available.
